The first building built for Oberholtzer as a study in the 1920s, this structure was re-built (in 1995) as a studio space. It overhangs the water on the far west end of the island, with a screen porch running around its perimeter. Folks enjoy "getting away" to this little room to read, write, meditate, play music, or just "be."
